Göran Karlsson

Göran Karlsson is a Futurist with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) helping leaders to understand the opportunity landscape and best practices around adoption of digital technologies. 

During the last 20 years he has been a leader, story teller and evangelist portraying how to leverage digital technologies to underpin successful businesses. 

Göran is a flamboyant storyteller with an innovative mindset with regards to bridge the gap between technology and business. Some of his key influencers are Andrew McAfee, Erik Brynjolfsson, John Hagel, Max Tegmark and Clayton M. Christensen.

Göran was a graduate from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) in 1996 and holds an executive education diploma from Harvard Business School in Boston, MA, from 2013.

Before starting with TCS he was the SVP of Digital Strategy with Cxense – a global “Software as a Service” company positioned in the Gartner Magical Quadrant within Digital Marketing Hubs. Before that he was the Head of Financial Services with Avanade (Accenture and Microsoft Joint Venture) in the Nordics. He was the VP Strategic Accounts with FAST – a leading Enterprise Search Technology company that got acquired by Microsoft in 2008 for 1.2 billion USD.
